  • Duration: 3–4 hours of performance time.

  • Sound: A compact, high-quality professional sound system (typically two active PA speakers) suitable for up to 75–100 guests.

  • Music & Performance: Seamless mixing tailored to the client’s preferred genres, a standard digital or hybrid setup, and basic microphone access for announcements.

  • Lighting: Not included, or limited to simple, ambient dance floor lighting.

  • Pre-Event Planning: Standard online or phone consultation to finalize the timeline and music preferences.

2. The Signature Package (Mid-Tier / Standard Weddings & Galas)

Best for: Standard weddings, anniversary parties, larger corporate events, and celebrations of 100–200 guests.

  • Duration: 4–5 hours of performance time.

  • Sound: Full-range professional sound system (two premium top speakers plus an added subwoofer for deeper, rich bass) to comfortably fill a medium-sized banquet hall.

  • Music & Performance: Comprehensive music library spanning genres and eras, professional emcee (MC) services for grand entrances, toasts, and timeline management.

  • Lighting: A dynamic dance floor lighting fixture (such as a multi-effect light bar or moving heads) to bring energy to the room once dancing begins.

  • Pre-Event Planning: In-depth planning consultations, assistance with timeline curation, and customized playlists (including specific tracks for special moments like first dances or grand entries).

3. The Premium / Grand Package (High-End / Large Scale)

Best for: Large weddings, milestone galas, school proms, or high-end corporate productions with 200+ guests.

  • Duration: 5–6+ hours of performance time (often covering cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing).

  • Sound: Enhanced, high-capacity concert-quality sound system designed for large ballrooms or outdoor spaces, ensuring crisp sound at any volume.

  • Music & Performance: Elite mixing, continuous music coverage across multiple zones if needed (e.g., separate audio setup for a cocktail patio), and full-service master of ceremonies duties.

  • Lighting & Effects: An immersive visual experience. Includes full dance floor lighting, wireless room uplighting to match the event's color palette, and premium effects (like a monogram projection or "dancing on a cloud" fog effects).

  • Pre-Event Planning: Unlimited consultations, site visits if required, and meticulous coordination with event planners and venues.

Add-On Options (A La Carte)

Instead of building everything into a rigid package, many DJs offer a base tier and allow clients to customize their experience with a menu of add-ons:

  • Extra Time: An hourly rate for performance time exceeding the package limit.

  • Ceremony / Cocktail Hour Audio: A secondary, independent sound setup with wireless lapel/handheld microphones specifically for wedding ceremonies or separate cocktail spaces.

  • Custom Uplighting: A package of 6 to 12 wireless LED uplights placed around the room to elevate the venue’s ambiance.

  • Custom Edit/Remix Service: Custom cutting or mixing tracks for a special choreography or entrance.

  • Photo booth: different options of photobooths available based on your event's needs.
